Friendly Neighborhood Spider

Spiders might seem dangerous, and you might want to kill them on sight; but, spiders are mostly harmless and help the ecosystem.
Spiders may be providing services like eating pests—some even eat other spiders.
There’s even a species of jumping spider that prefers to eat blood-filled mosquitoes in African homes.
Although they are generalist predators, apt to eat anything they can catch, spiders regularly capture nuisance pests and even disease-carrying insects.
So killing a spider doesn’t just cost the arachnid its life, it may take an important predator out of your home.
All in all, you shouldn't be afraid of harmless spiders.Spiders might actually be useful in your houses, for they can get rid of other annoying, yet more dangerous, insects lurking around.
