Article 6 What do animals do in a wildfire?

Some animals escape, while other species survive. Many wildfires occurred around the world and took many lives and burned through buildings. Many wildlife animals adapted to the wildfires. Fire is a natural part of a wildlife animal's life. Many animals can escape the heat. Some birds can fly away, insects and amphibians can dig holes and stay there, other animals can go to lakes and steams. Some predators can wait for the animals/insects to run out and catch them. all in all, having a wildfire in a forest isn't so bad, because the animals can survive. The Mystery of Left-Coiled Snails

Jeremy is a rare left-coiled snail
Dr. Davison discovered him and wanted to know if the cause of the left-coiled shell was due to genetics or was an accident.
Jeremy organs also had turned counterclockwise, which made it hard to mate with right-coiled snails.
Dr. Davison, who hoped to have Jeremy produce offspring, but, after the offspring was produced, it was observed that they all had right-coiled shells.

High Risk of Baldness for Short People

Short men may have an increased risk of becoming bald prematurely.
An international genetic study at least points in this direction. During the study, the scientists investigated the genetic material of more than 20,000 men.
Their data show that premature hair loss is linked to a range of various physical characteristics and illnesses.

Can Humans Die from Apple Seeds?

Apple seeds are actually poisonous and can kill humans.
First, the amygdalin/poison, is accessible only if the seeds have been crushed or chewed; a whole unbroken seed will pass right through
But you would need a lot of crushed apple seeds.
When in the digestive system, this chemical degrades into highly poisonous hydrogen cyanide (HCN). A lethal dose of HCN can kill within minutes.
The human body can process HCN in small doses, so a couple of chewed seeds are usually completely harmless.
The average adult would need to eat anywhere from 150 to several thousand crushed seeds (depending on the apple variety) to be at risk of cyanide poisoning.

The Consequences of Zit Popping

Popping a zit or a pimple may seem like the right thing to do, but it can cause you even more problems.
By popping a zit, it will become an open wound, and potentially infectious bacteria will enter your body.
You can get a scar and picking at or popping any zit makes permanent marks more likely by increasing inflammation.
If you pop a zit and there is no infection or scar, you would still be spreading more zits around.

Friendly Neighborhood Spider

Spiders might seem dangerous, and you might want to kill them on sight; but, spiders are mostly harmless and help the ecosystem.
Spiders may be providing services like eating pests—some even eat other spiders.
There’s even a species of jumping spider that prefers to eat blood-filled mosquitoes in African homes.
Although they are generalist predators, apt to eat anything they can catch, spiders regularly capture nuisance pests and even disease-carrying insects.
So killing a spider doesn’t just cost the arachnid its life, it may take an important predator out of your home.
